The process was simple. Was without power for only an hour while they installed. Installers did place a panel on my lawn and as a result the grass underneath was killed. I recommend not placing panels in a yard.

The SunRun folks were fantastic. Gave us a date to install and did this on one day. The issues arouse around state and city documentation to start our own transmission in the Solar universe. SunRun got the documentation and after state and city blessing, we were able to start producing our own power. "The last two bills from EverSource; our current provider were a staggering -$65 and -$75.00. Love it. Great job SunRun.

Well this company is pretty smooth to work with everyone is upfront and honest about everything and has a good attitude , especially Ringo Smith who was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. For some reason Oncor made this project a hassle and ultimately made the process take over 250 days which was extremely frustrating but Ringo kept in touch with me and updated me throughout the whole process even when there was no updates Ringo would contact me and reassure me that he was still actively checking on my account. Today June 6 2025 we finally completed the process and I couldn’t be more grateful for Ringo’s help throughout this whole time making my experience with SunRun a pleasant one.

I’m giving four stars because no company is perfect. Overall, I’m happy with SunRun, I did have a few hiccups in the beginning but all my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I like the power purchase agreement because there is no out of pocket cost. My only recommendation is, if you decide to switch to solar, get the Tesla app so you can monitor your energy production and consumption. Also, batteries are a must. I highly recommend SunRun if you’re thinking about going solar.

Sunrun has fantastic customer service. I had the most wonderful communication with them. I've never had a company automatically stay in touch with you for the duration of the State of California approvals process which can be several months. The guys who did the installation were great. Everything was on time and it all works. Best of all my bill is now $144 a month instead of $500 a month! Top notch company. Use them!

It was so easy. The sales guy had a run in with a competitor and remained calm while the competitor did not and had to be asked to leave the property! They guided me through getting my roof redone, the only issue there was I was not prepared for the amount of plywood needed due to the tongue and groove roof which they didn't know until the old roof was off. Not their fault, it's an old house and the inside made it look like it was plywood. Just got my first bill for $1. I can't complain!

Great, customer support was excellent. Any questions we had were answered immediately. The install was seamless, one day install panels. After install service was excellent. Once the install was complete, the hookup with our service provider was a little slow, but expected. Now we are producing our on electricity. Bills of -$70. Is normal. Can't say enough great things of the SunRun install and customer service.
